Introduction

Legends were included in FUT 14 and they keep as an exclusive content for XBox One and XBox 360 gamers. The players of these cards are some retired greatest football players of all time.

Legends are only available for XBox One and XBox 360. They will not be added to other platforms during FUT 15.

The selection of the greatest legends of football has always been a controversial issue in the community. EA does not always choose the best players but this is justified by the necessity of licenses for each player, since they are no longer represented by any club. As the EA budget is limited, they do not always achieve the image usage rights of the true football legends.

These white cards work in a very similar way of regular cards but they are classified as In Form cards because they replicate the attributes based on players’ skills and flair during the peak of their careers. The ratings ranges between 86 and 95. As the game progresses, users can change many of the card features such as the preferred position and preferred chemistry style. However it is not possible to improve the rating or the stats in a permanent way.

The chemistry of legends are slightly different from other players. They link well with other legends and team mates / managers with the same nationality. In the case of managers there is a league card ‘legend’. In FIFA 16, it is much easier to build squads with legends because now they link well with today’s players. You only need to pair Nationality between a player and a Legend to create the strong green link on the pitch.

Availability

The 56 legends’ cards of the previous FUT are being randomly inserted into FIFA 156 Ultimate Team Gold Packs since the beginning. Ten new legends will be released individually throughout the year, at Fridays 6pm (UK time) (1). You can get one of these Legends on any pack with rare gold cards or in exchange of many coins in the market transfer.
